Shakti Corporation of Georgia was founded back in 1990 by Mr. George Patel. This Corporation started off small running multiple C-stores across Georgia and South Carolina. As the company matured it shifted its ventures to the hospitality business in 2008 when the company broke ground on its first hotel which was a Best Western Plus by Best Western International. After the success they had with their first property.
